A look back at 2009 (yes, 9 not 8)
Fasting:
Monday the 8th of December, was the last day of a five day fast for me. I mean a real fast, absolutely nothing eaten and only pure water to drink. For most people in the First World such a long fast is not a good idea: If you've more than 7 pounds (3 kilos) under or overweight, you're too undernourished to risk it. If you've more than 20 pounds (9 kilos) overweight, you are seriously undernourished and should not fast at all. Let me stress here: Overweight is an expression of UNDERnourishment. You can get a free copy of a guide to human appropriate nutrition by clicking this link. Scroll down through the book list until you find "Nutrition".
The purpose is to give your body an opportunity to get rid of toxins stored in your tissues because your body was too involved with doing other things. For me, the main problem is being on the road most of the time so I often don't get to eat properly and things just accumulate.
The second and third days are those on which most stored acids are released by your tissues; it's like being hit on the head with a very large hammer. By day 4 most of them will have been washed out of your body but you do need good water for this. I have an ioniser in my kitchen which can make up to ph 10 water. Don't be surprised by really evil smelling urine - it's just the stored acids leaving you.
Also extremely interesting are the changes in my food desires. On days one and two, I was really looking forward to going to my favourite Indian restaurant but, by day 4, the thought was repugnant and I'm really looking forward to eating a miso soup in about 2 hours (I'm writing this at 6.30 in the morning) made with lots of fresh organically grown vegetables and, this evening, I'm going to cook myself a real tip-top macrobiotic dinner. This change came because the toxins from the Indian food (not just Indian but most restaurant food is not that good for the human body) have been washed out of my body and all traces of addiction to them have gone as well.
The one thing which does puzzle me a little is that my intestinal peristaltic appears to have switched itself off on day 2 and I had to give myself an enema last night because it had begun to feed toxins back into my body. I must try to find out why this was. Anybody got any ideas?

Insanity in Munich:
Last week I was in Munich just as this piece of insanity reached the local radio stations:
The refuse (trash, if you speak American instead of English) disposal company has sent a letter to every household in Munich forbidding them to give the customary Christmas tip to the men who collect the rubbish. Quite apart from the fact that there is no law which could permit anyone, not even the chancellor, to decide to whom I may and may not give a Christmas present, the "justification" for the letter can only be described as severe brain damage territory.
"As those who work in the offices don't get any Christmas tips, nobody should!"
Now, I ask this: Who was it decided for the comfort of an air conditioned office and who decided to risk their health and well-being working in all weathers with smelly fetid rubbish? The office worker gets the perk of avoiding all the health risks so why shouldn't the ones actually doing the work get their perks?
My rubbish collectors are getting their Christmas tip; end of story.

My mate Bruce and I:
Now, Bruce is not an Australian, he's an American this time around. His full name may well be known to you. Professor Bruce Lipton PhD. If not, take a look at his website. Sorry about the photo - the camerawoman wasn't very skilled and this is the only one that turned out.
This year seems to be one in which I finally get to meet my heroes. I was invited to the Waldzell Conference in September this year where I met not only Bruce Lipton but also Rupert Sheldrake and Don Hoffman. A few weeks later in Augsburg, I finally got to meet Neale Donald Walsch. As a result of participating in an exhibition in London in October, I was invited to write for a newsletter called What Doctors Don't Tell You only to discover that the editor in chief is Lynn McTaggart herself!
Bruce and I hit it off at once and have already outlined some possible joint projects. He's just finishing his new book at the moment and when that is handed over to the publisher, we can get down to things.

Avian 'Flu:
What brought me to begin studying this in depth are the anomalies:
a) Birds and humans have no known common parasites because their genetic structures are too dissimilar.
b) Despite the falling numbers of putative human cases of Avian 'Flu (385 cases in total world wide over 15 years), we are told again and again that it is "inevitable" that the whole of mankind will be attacked by it and millions will die.
c) The H5N1 "Avian 'Flu" virus is very common and widespread in wild birds throughout the world and has been for at least a century and very probably very much longer. The symptoms of the disease now called Avian 'Flu and previously called Fowl Pest can even be found mentioned in some mediaeval texts! So it is NOT new and, over several hundreds of years, has never posed a threat to humanity other than by occasionally killing our domesticated birds when kept in poor conditions.
d) Lots of others, not the least of which being that it becomes clear that the medical theory of infection is, simply stated, complete and utter nonsense having not the slightest shred of supporting evidence.
So I started going into the details (OK, I'm not a novice in this; during nearly 40 years study and professional practise in this area one tends to learn a few things.) What I discovered not only completely explodes the whole Avian 'Flu fairy tale but also shows that almost all of the beliefs about illness and dis-ease that we've been oh so carefully "educated" into believing have nothing to do with reality. In short, quoting Professor Lipton, "most of modern medicine is unscientific bunk." He should know; he used to teach it at Wisconsin and Stanford universities' schools of medicine.
It also becomes clear that "infection" never happens in the way we've been taught because, amongst other things, we already have the related virus or bacterium in our bodies and very probably have had for many years but effortlessly under control. This also, incidentally, explains why the majority of HIV positives never become ill.
Clearly, a new theory of dis-ease is required; one which includes ALL the facts. This, with Bruce's help and a few others has been achieved.
The "proof of the pudding is in the eating" (old English saying) leads us then to test the theory and, hey presto, unlike pharmaceutical medicine, it works. Q.E.D.
So I went on to write a detailed book about all this, in layman's terms so that anyone can understand it. You can take a look at it here.

Here are the highlights from 2009 which caught my attention:
January:
Barak Obama flies to Iraq and appears on television there to offer the apologies of the American people to the Iraqi people for occupying their country and all the death and destruction caused. He hands over control of all Iraqi oil to the Iraqi government, offers ten billion dollars per month throughout the year of no strings reparations to rebuild. Asks for 60 days peace so that all "foreign" troops can be pulled out of the country and get back home.
February:
The prime ministers of Israel and all the surrounding countries meet for a cook out. The Israeli Prime minister gives a demonstration of kosher cooking. The Arab prime ministers point out how very similar this is to halal cooking. They then go on to discover how very, very much they all have in common and decide to create a United States of the Middle East.
March:
The Australian, New Zealand and South African rugby teams all get flayed by England. (or was that just a little too much wine with dinner?).
April:
The Federal Reserve Bank and their owners; the world's major banks (the banking cartel) write off all debt based upon phantom money. This is about 99.2% of their business - the rest is legitimate. The date of this press release of the 1st worries me a little. Could this be just another of their tricks?
May:
The Monsanto board is arraigned before The World Court for Crimes against Humanity. Psychological examination reveals almost all of them unfit to plea.
June:
In a last minute rescue bid for General Motors and Ford, the US government takes over ownership of both companies and asks Toyota and The Xanghai Motor Corporation to provide management.
July: (my favourite item of the year)
Following the collapse of the pharmaceutical trade brought about by the publication of Avian Flu Reality and other books by Karma Singh in 2008, Eli Lilly and Smith Kline Beecham declare bankruptcy.
August:
My mother celebrates her 80th birthday. You may send a late card to our company offices and I'll pass it on. Just write "Barbara's birthday" on the envelope.
September:
I was on holiday so nothing happened.
October:
Richard Branson's "Space Liner" makes its maiden flight. Delivers Virgin champagne to the US space station.
November:
Today I became a sexagenarian (very sexy, man). Thanks to the rejuvenation techniques which Bruce and I developed, I still look 35. The rejuvenation book was published in March.
December:
Santa Claus denies ever leaving his N. Pole home; says it was just a rumour put out by the global warming scaremongers. All reindeer and elf teams are happily working and will take to the skies on the 24th.
